Our Story
Having spent 30 years managing the construction costs of a number employers, a company relocation presented the opportunity for something new. Still working 4 days for my present employer, I now have time to develop my own business.

Having spent my working life keeping close rein on the finances of clients, contractors and sub-contractors, it’s time for a change and for me to provide a more direct service to the industry. With experience of almost every aspect of construction costs I can offer a wide range of services at every stage of a project. From inception, to award, construction to completion.
